The sleek terraced private residence is situated in the heart of London's Chelsea district.
By far the most challenging element of the project involved the manufacture, production and installation of
the building's curved skirting and cornices for the three-level spiral staircase. In order to accommodate the
complex geometrics of the surface to be fixed, the curved wall was re-created in our Leeds workshop to enable
us to more accurately plot the position of each of the stairs and perfectly align both the bespoke fibrous
skirting and ceiling cornice which were both manufactured directly from architects drawings.
